Deposit Payment guarantee required at time of booking (50% of the total) either by electronic bank transfer or credit card.

Extras must be settled on departure.

Cancelations

Written instructions are required. No shows, last minute cancellations or early departures are liable for the total cost of the entire stay.

Full deposit will be forfeited for cancellations made within seven days before arrival date.

A 50% of deposit will be forfeited for cancellations made within fourteen days before arrival date.

Full deposit will be refunded if cancellation is made within 21 days before arrival date.

Please note that with all cancellations an administration fee of R165 will be levied and refunds will be done within 7 days.

Child policy

For children under 10 years a tariff of R150 per child will be charged when sharing.

Children 10 years and older the full tariff applies.
